How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is our lifeline! From beginning to end, we have QCs in every part of the production strictly obeying five steps producing rules:
1) raw material quality control: strictly control the quality of raw materials to ensure that the materials used in production meet the furniture BIFMA/EN12520 standards.
2) Production process quality control: conduct quality inspections during the production process to promptly discover and solve quality problems.
3) Finished product quality inspection: conduct a comprehensive inspection of finished products to ensure that the products meet quality standards.
4) Quality problem feedback: establish a quality problem feedback mechanism, collect and process quality problem feedback information in a timely manner, and improve production processes and quality management.
5) Quality records: record quality inspection data to provide data support for quality management. -

How can we make sure about the furniture quality after we put the order?
After production finished and before delivery, we will send you the pictures and videos for you to check the quality, and also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts inthe third party inspection organization. If you have a sepcial requirementsto make all of the production process more clearly, we can take you some pictures or videos to know more about your order when the order get started.

Can i get a sample?
Sample is available from us but not free, because the chairs and tables not a small items. However, we prefer customer to come to our showroom to check the sample, which will be more straightly to check our products.

What is your minimum order quantity?
The MOQ for each product is different, so it would be recommended to refer to the detail page of the product you are interested in. If you need further clarification, send me the product link by email, and we will reply as soon as possible.

How long is your production cycle?
Generally, the regular product designs with standard size will take 7-10 days to arrange stock. But our stock is flexible, specific stock status can contact us to know more. For the customized order, it will take 20-45 days production depending on which models and designs required.

When the order process get started, our after sale service will keep reporting the status for your order by email or whatsapp. Or if you have any questions for your order, you can leave us a message by email or message, we will return to you within 8 working hours.

How can i get a cargo?
Generally, the best method for furniture shipping abroad from China is doing sea freight shipment, which will be the most affordable and safety. If our customer has a reliable logistics partnership, we can cooperate with them to finish your order to ship. If you are new and without experience, we can do the order with DDU or DDP terms deliver to your hands.

How to proceed with my order?
1)You can choose the designs you interested from our catalogs and website or show us the designs you want with quantity and your requirements, then we can do you a quotation together
2)If everything is good and ready to order to you. After order deposit finished, the order production can be get started automaticly.
3) When the production finished, our after sales department will arrange the order inspection for you. If there is no problem, you can fithe remaining balance.
4) After we received the balance, we will arrange the safety packing within 3 days and delivery. -

Is your packing safety for long distance shipping?
Yes for sure. The professional packing will be used for different types of furniture to avoid the risk for damage during a long distance shipment. Considering for expensive sea freight cost, our standard package is for three types.
1) Our wooden furniture will be packed by the buffer sponge inner and overlay is plywood box or woven bags.
2) Our metal furniture will be packed with the strech film inner and bubble aluminium film outside or carton boxes to avoid crashes and scratches.
For the bulk cargo shipment, maximum to save the sapce, we offered the pallet to wrap all the products together with stretch film. -

What is your payment terms？?
We accepted FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP ect. Normal cooperation business terms.

We only accept bank transfer, credit card, western union or money gram now, but more flexible payment methods will be accepted soon.
