Refund Policy

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, our quality assurance team thoroughly inspects each order before dispatch, verifying that it is carefully packaged and in excellent condition. Even if we take every precaution to prevent damage, we cannot guarantee that products will not be damaged during shipping from our warehouse to your doorstep.


Orders that are in stock usually require 3-7 working days to be prepared for shipment, followed by a delivery period of 7-10 working days. Customization order normally require 25-45 days to be prepared.

Refunds for incorrect or incomplete products:

  • In the event that the product you received does not match your original order or is missing components, you are eligible for a complete refund.
  • The product will have to be returned to JanYet Furniture immediately after the refund request is approved.
  • Janyet Furniture will send and pay for a return label to the client.
  • Refer to the "Return Policy" section for details.

Refund for product damages:

  • Janyet will process partial or full refunds for goods damaged before and during delivery, not after.
  • Eligible for a refund due to damage, claims must be made within a 5-day window following delivery, with the delivery date included in this timeframe. Refund requests submitted afterward will be assessed but likely declined.
  • The processing and investigation of refund requests typically requires 1-10 working days.
  • Returns must be shipped within 3 business days after the approval of a refund. The return shipping fee will either be the liability of the courier, the client, or JanYet Furniture based on the results of the investigation.
  • Full or partial refunds will take place after the returned order is delivered and our investigation of the causes of damages or inconsistencies is completed by our team and the client.

Refunding a product for reasons other than damage:

  • If you decide to return a product for reasons other than a defect or error, you will be required to cover the return shipping costs toJanYet Furniture, and a 35% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Thorough examination by our team, a refund, either partial or full, will be provided, although it will be reduced by a 35% restocking fee.
  • JanYet Furniture has the right to decline any return and/or refund request that does not meet the standards and requirements stated below. See "Return Requirements".

Refunding an order that has not been shipped:

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 working days,unless it is a pre-order.
  • If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please notify us promptly. Please note that a 35% restocking charge may be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your refund is issued, you will receive it within 10 business days depending on your bank and payment method used at Checkout.

Pre-Order Refunds:

  • For products available for pre-order, an estimate production finished schedule will be informed by email. Please note that this date is subject to change if our raw materials suppliers encounter unforeseen delays in shipping the products to us.
  • Janyet Furniture is not liable for any compensation towards a client besides a partial or full refund of the pre-ordered item(s) in question.

Return Requirements:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • All returns unless otherwise stated are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • The product has not been used and does not show any signs of use.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless otherwise stated
